1. Planning your trip
Too often people underestimate the expense of a business
trip, mainly the time required to plan and be "out of office".. and time is
money! So we suggest you let us take care of everything. Possible todo's
are:
- source the right exhibitions or factories to visit
- make appointments with the right people (avoid having to wait and talk to
a non-key person)
- book planes, hotels, transport, tickets; help with visa application,
etc...
- guides and translators (most often that's your account manager)
2. Translator and guide
Most often your account manager will also be your
translator and travel guide. Though if extra are needed, we can supply
experienced translators.
It's not only important that your guide works efficiently, but also that you
feel comfortable with him/her.
